• Pricing: Rental pricing, deposit requirements, and payment terms are confirmed per booking. No pricing is binding from website content alone.
• Delivery and collection: Delivery, collection, and logistics arrangements are confirmed per enquiry and per booking. Delivery is not a guaranteed standard service and must be agreed in advance.
• Setup and installation: Setup and installation support, where offered, is confirmed per booking. No setup service is implied as a standard inclusion unless agreed in writing.
• Equipment suitability and compatibility: Clients are responsible for confirming that equipment is suitable and compatible for their intended use before confirming a rental booking. Equipment suitability should be confirmed before booking.
• Equipment during rental period: The client assumes responsibility for equipment during the agreed rental period from the point of collection or delivery until return, subject to the agreed rental terms.
• Damage and loss: Responsibility for damage, loss, or missing items during the rental period is agreed per booking and forms part of the confirmed rental terms.
• Return: Equipment must be returned by the agreed date and time and in the agreed condition, subject to the confirmed rental terms.
• Deposits: Deposit requirements, if applicable, are confirmed per booking.

5. Equipment Suitability

MoviStage Rentals Limited provides rental information and equipment to the best of its ability based on the information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry. The client remains responsible for confirming that rented equipment is appropriate, compatible, and legally suitable for its intended use at the agreed location.
