Step 01

Submit Your Project Brief

Start by submitting a project brief including your project type, event or shoot dates, venue or location, equipment categories you require, rental duration, and any setup or delivery notes. The more detail you can provide at this stage, the more effectively the enquiry can be reviewed.

What to Provide at This Stage

  • Project type (e.g. film shoot, event, music video, content production)
  • Event or shoot date and duration
  • Venue or location details
  • Equipment category requirements
  • Approximate rental duration
  • Any known setup, power, or technical requirements
  • Collection or delivery preference where known

There is no commitment at this stage. Submitting a project brief is the starting point for a rental enquiry.

Step 02

Review Equipment Categories

Once a project brief is received, equipment categories relevant to the project type will be reviewed. This includes considering the venue or location conditions, technical requirements, power availability, setup constraints, and the overall equipment scope needed to support the project.

What to Provide at This Stage

  • Confirmation of equipment categories needed
  • Any specific equipment preferences or requirements
  • Venue dimensions or floor plan notes where relevant
  • Power supply availability and constraints
  • Known compatibility requirements

Equipment suitability should be confirmed before booking. Rental information is available on request.

Step 03

Confirm Availability & Rental Requirements

Equipment availability is confirmed per enquiry and is subject to the equipment being available at the time of the agreed rental period. Once availability is confirmed against the project dates, rental requirements including duration, scope, delivery or collection options, and setup arrangements will be reviewed and agreed.

What to Provide at This Stage

  • Confirmed event or shoot dates
  • Final equipment list based on review
  • Delivery or collection preference
  • Setup and breakdown timing requirements
  • Any changes to location or project scope

No guaranteed availability is implied at any stage. Availability is confirmed per individual enquiry against specific project dates.

Step 04

Agree Rental Scope

Rental scope, pricing, deposit requirements, rental terms, responsibility for equipment during the rental period, damage responsibilities, and return requirements are all agreed before rental is confirmed. Rental terms are confirmed per booking and in writing where required.

What to Provide at This Stage

  • Agreement to rental terms as confirmed
  • Confirmation of rental duration and scope
  • Any final adjustments to equipment list
  • Deposit or payment arrangements as agreed
  • Point of contact for the rental period

Rental terms, pricing, deposits, and damage responsibilities are confirmed individually per booking. No terms are implied from website information alone.

Step 05

Coordinate Collection or Delivery

Delivery, setup, and collection options are confirmed per enquiry. Where delivery or collection is agreed, the arrangements including timing, location access, and handling requirements will be reviewed and confirmed as part of the rental booking. Setup requirements are handled based on the agreed rental scope.

What to Provide at This Stage

  • Confirmed delivery address and access details
  • Setup timing and load-in / load-out schedule
  • Site contact name and contact details
  • Any access restrictions or venue requirements
  • Collection time and return arrangements

Delivery, collection, and setup arrangements are confirmed per enquiry and are not guaranteed as a standard inclusion on all rentals.

Step 06

Return, Closeout & Follow-Up

Return of equipment is arranged as agreed per booking. Equipment condition is reviewed on return. Any damage, loss, or missing items are handled according to the rental terms agreed at the time of booking. Follow-up rental enquiries and repeat project requirements can be discussed separately.

What to Provide at This Stage

  • Equipment returned in the agreed condition
  • Equipment returned by the agreed date and time
  • Notification of any issues arising during the rental period
  • Return transport or collection access arranged

Damage, loss, and equipment return responsibilities are agreed per individual rental booking and form part of the confirmed rental terms.

Repeat Rental Enquiries

Ongoing & Repeat Project Requirements

Repeat rental enquiries and ongoing production or event requirements can be discussed on a project-by-project basis. Each rental is reviewed individually based on project type, dates, equipment availability, and agreed requirements at the time of enquiry.

Equipment suitability, availability, rental duration, delivery or collection requirements, setup needs, and return terms are confirmed individually per enquiry.
